Birthday Wish + Baby Lottery 🎂✨

Many of you know that 2025 was quite the year for us. Despite a few unexpected hurdles (including surgery to get us ready), we are still holding tightly to our dream of growing our family.

We’ve been saving toward IVF and have chosen a clinic that feels safe, welcoming, and within reach — CNY in western NY. One round of IVF will demand a lot and we’re preparing to begin that journey in April.

But before we take that big leap, we have one more opportunity.

For my 41st birthday this March, we’re hoping to try one round of IUI, a simpler fertility treatment that’s often the stepping stone before IVF. We had hoped to try this last year, but life had other plans. Now it feels like a small but meaningful window of possibility.

So this year, instead of traditional birthday gifts or fundraising for a non-profit, we’re creating a little “Birthday Baby Lottery.”
